At least it is only Outlook Express!  The could be keying your sins into Outlook
attached to an Exchange server via 802.11b using only WEP!  Of course the
Exchange server would have to attached to the public net since God hasn't gotten
around to installing DUN1.3 on his Win95 box and thus the VPN doesn't work.....
