The Open Enterprise has a couple of interesting articles on the future
of PHP (version 5).  While I think the comparison of LAMP (Linux,
Apache, mySQL, PHP) to solutions like .Net and J2EE demonstrates a very
low level of clue as to what those solutions are about;  the articles do
provide some insight as to what to expect in the future of PHP.
