Looks like we're already making quite an impression on the MAC, without
playing one conference game yet (although we're 11-4 against MAC teams) ...

'The first MAC school pick came from its newest member, University of
Central Florida, as the St. Louis Rams drafted cornerback Travis Fisher.
At 5-9, 188 pounds, the Rams like Fisher's build as well as his 10.2
100-meter speed.
"This is an exciting pick for us. For us, it's gone very well. This is a
pick we have universal support on," Rams coach Mike Martz said. "There
are a couple of dimensions of this guy that are very exciting - great
speed for the secondary. This is a value pick for us. Good cover guys
like that are extremely hard to come by."
"I heard about having a second-round grade, but I never thought I would
go in the second round in the 2002 draft," Fisher said.'

'The newest member of the Mid-American Conference, University of Central
Florida (UCF), has had the most free-agent signings of all MAC teams
this season, with five: defensive lineman Josh McKibben to the Baltimore
Ravens, linebacker Tito Rodriguez to the Cincinnati Bengals, running
back Terrance Williams with the Atlanta Falcons, offensive lineman Steve
Edwards by the Philadelphia Eagles, and safety Ricot Joseph to the
Washington Redskins.'

Remember that name, "Tito Rodriguez." You'll be hearing about him a lot!

Constitutional worry, if it dictated its policy to Microsoft as
THE MAJOR CUSTOMER it is, and not THE REGULATOR it fails to be.
