Yes! I agree! I love this quote:

"What support? I'm not making calls to Red Hat; I don't need to. I think that's
propaganda."

The bottom line IMO is you've got to roll up your sleeves and just try it. And
not just for a couple of weeks. Ernie Ball looked at Sun and Apple, and all
roads kept pointing back to Linux. They made a great business decision.

We have service contracts for certain applications, but not for Windows
specifically.
