Harkens back to the good old days of Apple and HP sueing each other over the
concept of a virtual trash can.  Those were the days.

Seems like they might have a problem with due diligence.  This has been going on
for quite some time without them making a squeek.  And how about other companies
that have done the same including HP and SGI?

It is sure the rev up Billie's FUD engine.

And IBM vs. SCO?  I'm certain IBM's legal department has twice as many employees
as SCO has in total.  But if you can't come up with a product that doesn't suck,
then why not give this a try?
