[KLUG Advocacy] Newsforge: Do LUGs still matter?

LUG's do still matter!  No doubt about it.

While the article may not have been too well
developed... it did bring up some interesting
ideas.  I have been thinking through some of
the issues and perspectives and it makes me
wonder.  Of course,  the KLUG Chair knows
the direction to focus on.  The organizational
structure defines that role as the visionary.
