Well, I'm still very, very new to Java, but look in NSBrowser.java
(it's the source - a text file) and see what exception(s) are thrown in
the main() method relating to that error and what causes it(them) -- if
the try clause fails, it throws an exception. I would guess you are
either missing some class file, or it's not in your PATH.

I know that's not much help.
