How do you have kppp set up?  I also use kppp, and dial up to westerns
connection, (which really isnt WMU in Three Rivers, but dialip.mich.net)
But who am i to complain since its free?

Anyway, everything worked for me right off the bat.  What distro are you
using?  What did you use to configure kppp?
Pretty much all i did was type in the phone number, used PAP as my
authentication, configured my modem, typed user/pass, and everything worked.
