Hi,
If you are planning to use the laptop on-campus, avoid
linksys. For some reason, linksys cards have given
trouble on-campus ( heard of complaints at helpdesk).
For some reason, seem to be incompatible with campus
network. There have been people who did not have
problems.

Helpdesk people suggest not using linksys on-campus.
