I don't think you can convert an ext2 filesystem to XFS.

That leaves two options.

o  Reinstall from scratch with BSware PRO.

o  If you have a lot of free disk space and empty partitions, you
   could pay "musical filesystems" by formatting new XFS partitions and
   coping everything to those, and reformating the old ones to XFS,
   copy everything back (or not) ...
