There's a "Metricom" - "i" filing for Chapter 11:

They've offered the "Richochet" wireless service in bigger cities.

TDS-Metrocom - "o" sounds like a smaller DSL provider centered in
Wisconsin:

It's confusing - we're running out of high-tech names. Perhaps
we should start numbering them like AOL email addresses,
Metricom-17, etc.
