[KLUG Members] SWAT?

I've been screwing with this for a couple of hours and am getting nowhere.
I can't seem to access SWAT from my win98 box or from my 2000 machine.  
I try connecting via IE using the box's local address, 192.168.1.200:901
and I get a page cannot be displayed error.

When I do a ps grep I can see two instances of smbd and one on nmbd
running.  I am at a loss at this point, any recommendations would be
appreciated.

Note that I can access the web server by just doing a
http://192.168.1.200.
