[KLUG Members] Redhat Version Question

I've been looking at quite a few books on RH Linux, and usually they include
a copy of Linux but it will say something like "Publishers Version"

????

What do they mean? What is different about this verses a standard "boxed"
version. Would I miss out on something if I used it instead of purchasing a
copy from RH?
