Yes.  Use a Samba server-side-automation (SSA) print queue:

Of course, if you are serious about production documentation and
publication, you don't use PDF-ignorant MSWord.  You use either Adobe
FrameMaker/PageMaker, or (my favorite) the OpenSource TeX system (TeX,
LaTeX, PDFTex, etc...) with LyX as your WYSIWYM front-end.  Both produce
extensive/featured native PDFs and tags (and not largely rastered PDFs
like Ghostscript creates).
