The move was a good one by Microsoft, who is trying to get UNIX shops to
switch.  Unfortunately, it's an "one-way street" as AD requires your
whole Enterprise to be NT for it to work.  I.e., you can't be running a
legacy UNIX network and expect it to share info -- you've gotta take
down the various UNIX implementations and put NT/AD in control.

Of course, the implementation is far from complete in what us UNIX
admins want.
