100 is probably a high estimate without checking.
A more real number would probably be closer to 70.
In any case, we're getting enough Windows PC's to make
a WINS server worth while now.

I'll check there, and the HPUX porting center first.

Almost all, except for a few Linux boxes where
I don't want anyone else logging in.   :-)

I've got one NIS server and a couple dozen *nix clients.

<sidetrack>
I also have the home directories NFS mounted on all the
*nix boxes - AND the /var/mail directory NFS mounted on
all the _HPUX_ boxes (but not Linux).  (refering to your
comments on your leap list)  I know about the locking
problems that can cause on Linux, but it works great on
HPUX, and I've been running that way for over 15 years
without any problems!  :-)
