Just remember it is a "trademark" issue and not a simple "product
naming" issue. Also remember that several distributions out there don't
allow free replication of their distro. Part of it is because of the
inclusion of non-freely distributable software, but part of it also is
so people aren't putting their name on their own replications.
Let's give RedHat some leadway here, and try to resolve it for the best
of everyone. I've made my point here and on the NewsForge page.
