Group,

Thank you to all that have volunteered or offered some assistance with
Linux in a Education environment.
I am very excited to see what and how to use Linux in our school system.
I must also say that this will be a difficult and challenging project but, I
believe that the end result will be worth it.
At this point we have a school agreement signed with MS and are setting up a
Exchange server this summer. I pretty much had to use this to resolve some of
the issues at our school.
I also know with the way MS have been changing the OS and licenses pricing, I
better find a cheaper OS and software or this school will not be able to afford
technology.

The next couple of weeks will be very hecktic for me and my techs. (Summer is
here and all the technology work needs to be completed prior to the teachers
arriving).
I will contact Ralph and other on this list to let you know when we can get
stated with the Linux testing.
I will setup a lab and a second domain to test and configure Linux. I think we
should start with a meeting to discussed what we would like to accomplish with
this project.
If everyone agrees with this, then we can setup a date and time for this
meeting.

Once again, thank you everyone that has offered to help.
