I just realized that my first post sounded boastful. It was 
not intended that way. I should have put it in greater 
context. Today I downloaded the 2.4.7 kernel source at 580 
Kb/s and earlier got a file from freshmeat.net at 670 Kb/s. 
You are right, the Borland site is slow. Since I am now 
getting the glibc patch from there at the exact same 15 
Kb/s speed, I suspect they have throttled the speed on 
their end.

Still in all ... it's free. :-)
