The roving computer sales are probably your best bet.  

I also used to acquire ~$75 HP Vectras (slim line case, 23Mb RAM, 133MHz
processors) from onsale.com.   I'm pretty certain these are long gone but
auction houses are probably your best bet if you don't mind paying shipping and
handling.
