PC Power & Cooling products _are_ very nice. Unfortunately, they
are usually quite pricey.

If you buy the Antec SX1040 or, for servers, SX1240, you get one and
two, respectively, removable HD "cages" (upto 3 drives in each) with
a fan in the front of each (optional, you must buy the 80mm fan, but
they are usually <<$5). That removes the requirement for something
like the costly Bay Cool III. It did the job for my thermal issues
with HDs in my servers and workstations. And the overall airflow
continues to impress me.

Again, don't get me wrong, PC Power & Cooling products are excellent
products. By the prices are often 2-3x what you can get from a few,
select other vendors.
