Yes, that's pretty much it.  I download the Redhat CD (ISO) Images
from redhat.com (or a mirror), remove some of the foreign (non-english)
language files, add a few other programs that I download in a separate
directory, and update the CD with the latest Redhat updates every week.
That way it installs fresh with all the latest updates/patches.
There is no commercial or trial software included.

The standard distribution is a two CD set.  There is an optional 
documentation CD, and an optional source code two CD set.  Redhat 
discontinued their powertools CD as of 7.2, but I still have the 7.1 
powertools CD for sale.
