You could also use the machine name (assuming your Samba or NT server pins the
wandering IP to a consistent hostname).

This is true,  but it doesn't even compare to sendmail... :)

I second the vote for webmin.  We use it to mod the access rules,  much easier
(and safer) than grousing about in the config file.
