Patrick, I know it is hard to find good, free, community-based
Windows support.  Unfortunately, posting "pure" Windows questions to
a Linux list has *NOT* been a good idea in my experience.  You start
a thread and a view that Windows posts are okay.  Sure enough, a few
weeks down the road, the Windows posts outnumber the Linux ones.

Not good.  Especially since KLUG has other lists for non-Linux
support/discussions.

Now some people don't like the idea of mixing technical with
non-technical, so they don't like to post on the "advocacy" lists. 
So, here in Florida, a bunch of us got together from various LUGs
(JAX, Orlando, Gainesville, Melbourne, Tampa) and created a new list
for anything technical, non-Linux called "pc_support" (URL below).

Just my $0.02 ...
