Okay, i have got this working in the past.. but i think i am doing something wrong now.. I am trying to connect to my WindowsXP computer from my RedHat Box, via samba.. here is what i type: smbmount //hppav/C\$ /mnt/floppy -o username=alan,password=pass but this tells me something about a "ssl CA certFile" and then XXXXXXXXXXX: invalid option -- o this is version 2.0.10 of samba.. thanks, -Alan
