Under Windows 2000, you go to computer Management, Disk=
management. You will have the option of writing a=
"signature file" on the disk so it can be accessed=
under W2k. I think that's what 2000 calls the MBR. =
</p>
<p>You could also boot from Windows 2000 CD, ideally with an=
Emergency Repair Disk, and try to repair an installation. =
"Inspect Startup Environment" should find and kill=
LiLo. <disclaimer>These are both Windows NT=
tricks. I have never tried them under 2000.=
