Yep,  that is what I had to do.

/etc/rc.d/init.d/nfs top
umount /mnt/cdrom
<switch CD's here>
mount /mnt/cdrom
/etc/rc.d/init.d/nfs start

Admittedly a bit of a kludge.  I think the HTTP install works "cleaner" if
you have httpd reasonably configured.  Other wise copy the full contents
onto a filesystem over the top of each other,  but I suppose that is a
kludge to.
