The processor temp is probably normal (don't know AMD specs(,  but you
should be able to find the specs for the chip on the AMD website.  THis
should include the Operating Temperature range.

The Mobo temp of 80-82 degrees seems a little high but not alarming.  One
can roughly assue that this is the ambient temp inside the case,  and thus
the temp in which the drives are operating.  You will get longer drive
life by operating them at a lower temp.
