Good guess!  Yes, it's a AMD760 chipset.  The mobo even has a little 
fan on one of it's chips (probably the AMD760, I'd guess).

I'm probably not going to be able to lower the board temp much more
since the PC has a Antec SX1040 case with 3 case fans plus the power
supply fan, and it's in my basement.  Well, maybe I'll fire up the
optional 4th case fan . . .    :-)
