I just tried that ... and maxed out the disk space quota without getting 
all of the 199 wedding photos & thumbnails up. Their idea of a personal 
web and mine differ radically. I don't consider a handful of pics to be 
worth bothering with. Even after deleting some non-essential stuff that 
was already up there, it maxed out. Using the additional space for 
additional accounts requires an awful lot of re-writing and just doesn't 
make much sense to me.

My service includes a fixed IP ... yet they won't permit either a mail 
server, a web host or an ftp server on that IP. Under those conditions, 
having a fixed IP is like having frosting ... without the cake. I feel I 
was misled. In particular since I was not presented with the terms of 
service until after being hooked up. Even then, I stumbled across it 
online. I have signed nothing agreeing to it ... but that is a strict 
legalism that would cost more to defend than it is probably worth.
