It is also not ethical to violate your EULA,  which you agreed to, at least
tacitly.  If the "business" connection costs more why not defray some of your
costs by renting out space to friends?

I expect, given the current legal mood, for ISPs to acquire modestly draconian
powers in the near future.  Yanking their chain may not be a good idea.

If you think dial up is bad, try cellular..... :(
