[KLUG Members] printing problems!!!

Ok... I am running RedHat 7.1.  I was printing just
fine to a laserjet 4050 on the network.  I added a
deskjet 940 to the parallel port on the computer. 
When I print directly to /dev/lp0 I get a printout. 
When I try to print from the printconf utility it
gives me an "error trying to print the test page". 
The /etc/printcap file does not seem to be getting
changed when I change the configuration and restart
lpd.  I am not sure where RedHat is putting the
configuration files that it rolls into printcap.  I
downloaded the latest printconf and it does not seem
to be working any better.  I also cannot print from
the laser printer now either!
