[KLUG Members] More Dual proc stuff.

Anyone know if you burn up the proc if you run it without the voltage
regulator? I've got a dual board, with 2 333 MHz procs, and I'm wondering
if it'll burn up the other proc. My brain says no, that they wouldnt' run
unregulated electricity to the other proc, etc.

However, here's my problem: I don't know if the thing works, and I don't
have a 'real' case for it. So, I don't have a system speaker, so I don't
know if it's beeping. I get no video (tried multiple cards), but the proc
heats up. One would imagine that it works if the proc heats up, but I
have NO idea what the jumper settings should be. I have no info on the
board (I know what board it is, but docs don't exist for it) so I'm not
sure where to start. Theoretically, I don't have to pay for it if it
doesn't work (I don't know if I have to return it). Anyway, any ideas?
I've spent my life troubleshooting hardware, but I've always had docs.

So, think it's dead? Know a good place (besides ebay) to find a dual
PII/III board? I don't want to pay a lot of money. I'm pretty stoked,
though, to have a dual box. If someone wants to sell me a dual PIII board
and a PIII 500, I'd be much obliged, I'd build myself a dual P500 system.
That would rock.
