Phew, I'm glad I'm not alone. Half expected to come in this morning to a dozen
or so corrupt filesystems.... ;)

It was *really* cheap on e-bay and I needed to hook up all that slow SCSI-2 junk
without polluting my wide channels. It could be the fdomain driver, it returns
about 0 status information and just seems less advanced than the ips or aic
drivers I use for my other boards. (I've got 8 SCSI channels in this puppy :).
I haven't found too many other people complaining about them, except that they
are **VERY** touchy about cabling/termintation. Which is just another hassel
one doesn't need. I'd personally steer anyone away from a Future Domain controller.
