An IDE burner?

I've had IDE devices cause system reboots.

>Anybody have any idea of what's happening?

Not exactly, but I'd wager your burner is flumoxed.

So this is happening under Win9x or RH?

FIPS will let you shrink the Win9x partition to put in RH. But I'd be pretty
certain you'll have the same burner issue.
