(in regards to KLUG's agreement to distribute Staroffice)


"As you may know, we are getting close to releasing our new version,
StarOffice 6.0 software. The launch is scheduled for May 2002. We are
still finalizing the new distribution agreements and plan to make these
available to you around the launch."
