[KLUG Members] No perl experts out there have worked with Tk?

I used Tcl/TK once, and have a book about it.  Worked very nicely.  I've
always been interested in the idea of Tk over the web,  but I've never
found a decent document about it. I despise Perl, not really Perl
actually, but CPAN.  Every perl thingy that installs wants another
$^&$$^&* glob of modules;  not all of which CPAN can ever find,  and if
it does it is guaranteed to trash the Perl installation so nothing else
Perl related works anymore.  Of course that is entirely an ancedotal
experience,  it may work perfectly for everyone else.
