Cool, thanks Jamie.  All that sample data actually sits on a website
(that isn't the easiest to navigate), a possibility is to pull the
values live from the site...just kidding.  This is exactly what I
needed.

The database isn't actually for me (but I am to oversee the layout and
design).  I was asked if I knew how to dump that in.  I said "no, but I
will post it to the Linux group".  And once again, the community pulls
through.  Try seeing that happen with contacting M$ for help on creating
Excel macros.

I certainly had nothing to do with the solution and will be sure to
forward the exact post Jamie offered up.
