Simple, your ISP is blocking 25 & 80 to protect a$$#### running toy OSs from
things like redworm, etc...  And intelligent people, as always, get screwed in
the process.

Not such a good idea,  that type of control can be spoofed.  Better to use a VPN
or authenticated SMTP.
