Each RedHat (X+1).0 release introduces binary incompatibilities with the

Remember, you _can_ get "Linux" on Windows c/o "Open Source" on Windows.
OpenOffice and Mozilla are two big ones to consider.
Once you adopt those on Windows, it gets much easier to migrate to Linux later.
