When evolution is running, the message text is really small on our HPUX
workstations.  Normally on a Linux box, you run the gnome-control-center
and click on "Font" to increase evolution's fonts.

The component gnome control center runs is "gnome-font-properties".  
So I ran that remotely on my HPUX box, and selected larger fonts in all
categories.  Restarted evolution on HPUX, and the message text fonts are
still the same size (too small).
