[KLUG Members] Schedule a command

I forgot to mention that this is on a shared server and I don't have
access to at.

I think I could install it in my home directory, any idea where to
find a .tar of at.

Try the 'at' command.  If that doesn't fit your bill you could try a
pet store -- a good trained monkey's not as clean as a shell script
but it's a heck of a lot more entertaining.
