The only other time something similar happened to me at Crossroads
theater was an extended power outage, and they gave us passes to see 
the same movie again.  That was a long time ago, so I guess I should
have ask.  But, given the dependability of Windows, I'm sure I'll have
plenty more opportunities to ask!  :-/

How can you tell?  I have a DVD/CDRW combo drive in my laptop, 
but I have no idea how to use the DVD part.
