Have you tried the open-compose-with-attachment feature, like from Open
Office?

While 1.2.0 didn't give me any problems,  it didn't really offer me
anything new either.

But the open-compose-with-attachment is something I've been waiting for
for a long time.

Currently I'm buried to deep to bother diddling around with my MUA,  but
I'd like to know if it actually works.
