Well, I was wrong about one thing, there IS an Apache 2.0.40 module
for PHP, only its configuration has been relegated to a different
file, /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf
Another thing is that it looks like php_value is acceptable syntax;
I can specify include paths per virtual host that way. php_flag is
STILL verboten, the server does not even come up for that. The
include statement for the .conf files in conf.d is indeed BEFORE
the VirtualHost sections...
PERL is set up the same way, and a lot of paths have been changed;
I move something over from 1.3.x and it breaks, since a number of
files are in very different places... This is surprising; still
working through that.
