I wasn't suggesting you set "bind interfaces only = yes" (oops, I
forgot the "only" part in the original message!).  I was saying that
*IF* you had that line set to "yes," you _need_ to add "127.0.0.1"
to the list of IP addresses under "interfaces =".

Actually, change "bind interfaces only = no" and it should work.
