[KLUG Members] self signed certificate, make it go away

I understand the basics of SSL and certificates, etc... But this is a
little annoying. I upgraded imap-2000c with redcarpet.
Intra-version upgrades should mean that that functionality remains about
the same, yes? Well, apparently not. Now in pine, when opening my
"local" IMAP folder I get....

There was a failure validating the SSL/TLS certificate for the server
                                    estate1
The reason for the failure was
                       self signed certificate (details)

Ok, yea, I know, and don't care. I don't own a certificate and unless I
can get one for free don't want to own one. Anyone know how I can make
this go away. SSL on this box serves no purpose as all the IMAP users are
local, we just use IMAP so people can flop between evolution (on an LTSP
client) and pine (when ssh-ed in). I'd rather not re-compile imapd as I
already have enough custom-compiled crap, and it makes upgrading a pain.
