While this doesn't really help your issue, I *strongly* recommend *not* 
using the standard formmail.pl.  It is VERY easily hacked, and I have 
personally seen it done (and done it myself, just for testing purposes). 
There are 'fixed' versions on the 'net that disallow anyone to connect to  
formmail.pl and fill it out for SPAM purposes.  

Please, for your own protection and credibility, don't use the standard 
formmail.pl.
