on winCE based devices... pocket IE will display standard HTML without a 
problem... just test it and make sure it looks right... you'd be dealing 
with a lot smaller display than you're used to writing for... do it by hand 
in plain old will work right in lynx html.... as for palms.... i hate palm 
os... i hate grafiti... and umm... yeah... so i haven't used one recently 
enough for it to be web browsey...
