He doesn't have time.  And you should see some of the questions and
"comments" posted.  On the third chime to read the HOWTO, he tells
people off.  I don't blame him.

I know, it's just that many people have been doing so.

And if Morrell & SmoothWall don't "make it" with BUSINESS users, that's
there BUSINESS.  But I really get sick of some of the posts I see on the
*FREE* support lists.

H. Peter Anvin over at SYSLINUX has gotten some bad ones as of late. 
I'm surprised he hasn't "flown off the handle" after the way people have
treated him.

The "super saint" I've seen as of late is Hugo Rabson over at Mondo
Rescue.  3 times a day, he gets the post "how do I burn an ISO image in
Windows?"  It's not only in the FAQ, and information is all over the
web, but they still fail to "grasp" the idea that you don't need "fancy
software" to master a CD image.
